of Israel |
|
|
|
The multitude represents Israel scattered in the
nations |
|
|
|
Israel is likened to sheep scattered in the
nations |
|
|
|
Israel was exiled into the nations (became sick
and diseased) for not following Torah |
|
|
|
While in exile, Israel had no shepherd |
|
|
|
|
|
|
Yeshua is the good shepherd of Israel |
|
|
|
The redemption of Israel is an act of mercy |
|
The redemption of Israel is the Gospel of the
Kingdom |
|
The redemption of the nation of Israel will take
place in the Messianic Era |
|

is come [returned to Torah]; and your father has killed the fatted calf
because he has received him safe and sound. |
|

|
Luke 15:28 And he was angry and would not go in:
therefore came his father out and intreated him. |
|
|
|
Luke 15:29 And he answering said to his father, Lo,
these many years do I serve thee [by following Torah], neither transgressed
I at any time thy commandment [I followed Torah faithfully]: and yet you
never gave me a kid that I might make merry with my friends [blessed me for
following Torah] |
|
|
|
|
Ephraim is the prodigal son |
|
|
|
Ephraim went into harlotry and idolatry |
|
|
|
In exile, Ephraim fed on swine (departed from
Torah) |
|
|
|
Because of a famine in the land (spiritual
starvation), Ephraim decided to repent and return to his father |
|
|
|
The father received the repentance of Ephraim
and celebrated with the joy of a wedding |
|
|
|
|
|
|
The older son (Judah) was in the field and
didn’t realize or recognize when his younger brother (Ephraim) returned
home |
|
|
|
The older son (Judah) was angry with his father
for not previously giving him a wedding party believing that he had always
been faithfully following the Torah of his father |
|
|
|
|

Bethsaida means ‘house of fish’ |
|
|
|
Yeshua healed a blind man (which represents the
nation of Israel) in Bethsaida |
|
|
|
When the blind man (the nation of Israel)
received his sight (which represents following Torah) he saw ‘men as trees
walking’ |
|
|
|
The eyes of the blind man (the nation of Israel)
was touched a second time by Yeshua (which represents his second coming)
and the blind man (the nation of Israel) was restored (believing in Yeshua
as the Messiah, following Torah and the end of the exile) |
|
|
|
|
John 6:5 When Yeshua then lifted up his eyes,
and saw a great company [multitude] come unto him, he saith unto Philip, Where
shall we buy bread, that these may eat? |
|
|

John 6:8 One of his disciples, Andrew, Simon
