Actually that's "Baruch Haba B'Shem Adonai". The letter Bet
as a prefix means "in".
"You shall not see me again until you say, 'Baruch Haba B'Shem
Adonai'." Matthew 23:39

i just wanted to say how much i really enjoyed this little lesson on
"wedding talk". i was aware of what Baruch Haba B'Shem Adonai
meant, but i had no idea it was wedding talk. Ah!!! - my eyes have
yet been opened to another truth of God's Word. How wonderful He
IS! The Bible is so rich with meaning, if only we knew it all! i was
wondering, do you have any other information of Jewish weddings?
customs, frases, biblical ways, etc... this is what i would really
love to learn, but it is difficult to find books on their weddings.
Thanks,
RaphaMime (BatYisrael)

I have the 12 steps of the Ancient Jewish wedding outlined
and the spiritual application explained in Chapter 7 of my book, "The
Seven Festivals of the Messiah". I also wrote an entire book
entitled, "Who is the Bride of Christ?" that details the spiritual
characteristics of the Bride of Messiah.
I would also recommend a video and teaching book which
explains in an excellent way the Ancient Jewish wedding customs. The
video and teaching book is produced by "Jewish Jewels / Love Song to
the Messiah" by Neil and Jamie Lash of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. I
have both the video and teaching book and they are wonderful. It just
became available in 1997. The video was produced in Israel where Neil
and Jamie re-enact the Ancient Jewish wedding.
The best Jewish book on the subject is the book, "Made in
Heaven" by Rabbi Aryeh Kaplan who was an Orthodox Jew.
