Below is the latest edition of the "Lost Sheep Looking for
Fellowship" inquiries to the Hebraic Heritage newsgroup. Because we
have nearly 4,500 active members of the Hebraic Heritage newsgroup,
there is a STRONG probability that when members desire to send out
requests to find fellowship in their local area that they will be
successful through the Hebraic Heritage newsgroup.
I have received testimonies in the past of Hebraic Heritage
newsgroup members who lived just miles from each other and didn't know
of each others common interest to worship the God of Israel in a
Hebraic way. Through the Hebraic Heritage newsgroup, contact was made
and local fellowship was established.
On the NEGATIVE, I have also received COMPLAINTS in the past
because when I did send out members request to find fellowship in
their area that they "somehow" starting receiving e-mail from various
other ministries whom they did NOT request to received their e-mail
articles.
The Hebraic Heritage newsgroup is a SUBSCRIBER only service. NOBODY
receives the Hebraic Heritage newsgroup e-mail because their e-mail
address was "extracted" from some e-mail.
Therefore, out of COURTESY and RESPECT to those members who desire
to find fellowship in their local area and thus need to have their
e-mail address listed so that others can contact them, please do NOT
put them on your ministry e-mail distribution list if they have not
requested and asked to be on it.

I am desperately looking for a congregation in my area that
observes the sabbath and holy days. I don't know which denomination
does this. I always studied my Bible daily. I was always curious as
to why God gave the commandment to keep the Sabbath and then the
Christians turned around and met on Sunday. Recently through the help of the
Holy Spirit I came to the realization that God never commanded us to
meet on Sunday. I need instruction so I definitely need a
congregation to help walk me through this transformation and teach me
how to observe these days and why we do it. Please help if you can.

My husband and I were both raised in Jewish households, however
while we were raised with the cultural traditions of Judiaism, we were not
taught about the religion. Our "Jewishness" was very important to our
parents and grandparents. We have many friends and family that are
either Christian or Jewish. We do not know anyone like us. It is
hard because I would like to be part of a congregation for family. I
want my children to be raised with other childrens with the same

My husband & I have been studying Hebrew roots for a while now. We
left a denomination which teaches replacement theology and other
heresy. We are having a hard time finding a church in the Nashville,
tennessee(preferably Murfreesboro) area which agrees with our
new-found knowledge. We have visited a Messianic congregation and we
love it;however, my husband has to work Friday nights. A Saturday
congregation would be ideal;however, we are not legalistically
demanding a Saturday church (our former church heritage is very
legalistic, so we are not interested in that). So Sunday would be okay
but not really ideal. Any info would be appreciated. Do you know of
any churches, preferably non-denominational, which have a heart for
Israel in our area?
