Information about speakers:
Ephraim Frank has been living in Samaria since 1991, in fulfillment of a word received 6 years earlier. Deuteronomy 11:29-30 was the promise, "It shall come about, when YHWH your Elohim brings you into the land where you are entering to possess it, that you shall place the blessing on Mount Gerizim and the curse on Mount Ebal. Are they not across the Jordan, west of the way toward the sunset and opposite Gilgal, beside the Oaks of Moreh?" Ephraim and Rimona (a sabra) Frank have been faithfully working out the Spirit's purposes to see this prophecy fulfilled.
