Subject: A Joe among Jews

Shalom,

It's about 2 a.m. on Wednesday morning here in Jerusalem and I just returned
after the meeting with the Brit-Am organization, in the Jerusalem Hilton
Hotel which was attended by several rabbis and the "meeting after the
meeting."

The text of my prepared comments in a 15 minute speech follows, but I want
to first tell you a little about the meeting.

I feel a little bit guilty that Brit-Am had a totally different agenda and
after my talk, we got side-tracked on more weighty issues so that Brit-Am
will have to hold another meeting to address its planned agenda. On the
other hand, all present agreed it was a particularly significant and
important meeting -- even a landmark meeting -- because of what was
discussed and the rare occassion to have rabbis of such stature in the same
place at the same time and focused on the concern of "What to do with us
"Joes," -- assuming we exist?"

The four hour meeting held on the outdoor pavilion of the second floor of
the hotel overlooking the walls of the Old City and the Citadel of David,
was attended by Yair Davidy and Rabbi Avraham Feld, co-founders of Brit-Am
and Rabbi Gavriel Sussman, also part of the Brit-Am organization; Rabbi
Chaim Richman of the Jerusalem Temple Institute and founder of the Light To
The Nations organization; Rabbi David Bar Chaim, a member of the Beit Din of
Rabbi Moshe Antelman and rosh yeshiva at Yeshivat ben Y'shai in Givat
Sha'ul; Rabbi Moshe Cornfeld of the Diaspora Yeshiva on Mount Zion; the
Breslev Rav. Yisrael Schneider; my attorney Jack Golbert; Aharon Minzi of
Kiriyat Arba, Ephraim Frank of Tel Aviv; Bina Assujanani a tourist from
India via Jamaica who came 20 months ago and has not left; Arnella Rose of
Jamaica, my wife, Nelda, and three other men and one other woman whose names
I did not get. Also, Rabbi Moshe Antelman, head of Supreme Rabbinic Court
of America, who could not attend, telephoned Rabbi Bar Chaim during the
meeting to add his proxy presence.

I was hoping to give you a detailed account tonight, but I am just too tired
to do so and I have yeshiva all day tomorrow. I hate to keep you in
suspense, but the detailed account will have to wait until tomorrow night.
But I am adding below my prepared comments, which started the meeting and
helped to set its tone and direction and focus.

NOTE: The computer illustrations alluded to below will be posted on my
website at www.torahvoice.org/britam.htm tomorrow, however the website is
being transferred onto a larger server this week and may not be available
until next week. I will keep you notified via email.

PREPARED TEXT: 15 Minutes

Shalom,

Yair Davidy told me to limit my comments to 10 to 15 minutes so I'm speaking
tonight from a prepared text because I know if I speak off the cuff, 10
minutes could easily turn into 30.

In 1987, when I first came to Israel on a one-way ticket, this stick
traveled with me.

NOTE: THE STICK IS A VERY UNUSUAL STAFF THAT APPEARS TO HAVE A NATURAL KNOT
RIGHT DOWN THE MIDDLE SO THAT IT APPEARS TO BE TWO HALVES JOINED TOGETHER.
ON ONE SIDE IS ENGRAVED THE NAME "YEHUDA" (JUDAH) IN HEBREW AND ON THE OTHER
SIDE IS ENGRAVED THE NAME "EPHRAIM" (EPHRAIM).

It got waylaid for 14 years but now, it's back in my hands. More important,
its now passing around the room in YOUR hands. As I try to condense in 15
minutes what usually takes me 15 hours, I would ask you to each hold it,
examine it and pass it around the room.

As a former daily newspaper executive editor, my whole approach to the
Return of the non-Jewish Assimilated Northern Kingdom, which the Prophet
Yehezkiel called "Joseph-Ephraim" has been from the standpoint of CURRENT
EVENTS.

So I may be a little bit more eager than most to get things moving over here
as I know and you know they are already well in motion b'achutz Ha-Aretz
(outside the land of Yisrael).

I have a computer full of cutsie things which we can look at in more detail
later if you like or maybe at another meeting when there is more time. But
FROM THE STANDPOINT OF CURRENT EVENTS, there is this outline (ILLUSTRATION
ONE) of the unannexed territories of a man wearing a crown with payess that
could illustrate the N'zir separated from his brothers. The head region is
exclusively the biblical inheritance of the House of Joseph and the Heart
region, exclusively the bibilical inheritance of the House of Judah. This
tells me FROM THE STANDPOINT OF CURRENT EVENTS that the Palestinian uprising
may be Hashem's way to URGE these two families of Israel to reconcile and
reunite.

FROM THE STANDPOINT OF CURRENT EVENTS, the intifada that began as a case of
sinus congestion with a headache in Tulkarm, a runny nose in Kalkilya and an
ear ache at Sh'chem/Nablus and a pain in the neck at Jericho, (ILLUSTRATION
TWO) has gotten out of hand and is fast leading to pneumonia and congestive
heart failure in Bethlehem and Hebron unless something is done.

FROM THE STANDPOINT OF CURRENT EVENTS and this Palestinian uprising running
parallel with the revival of Torah faith among the House of Joseph in Exile,
I submit to you that Judah is impotent to deal with the problem without the
human and perhaps spiritual resources of we JOES who are willing and ready
to begin populating the Shomron as a biblical alternative to a Palestinian
State.

IN THE CONTEXT OF CURRENT EVENTS, how Hashem Himself has engraved Ephraim's
name into the mountain tops of his inheritance, (ILLUSTRATION THREE) or The
Ephraimite Channukiah with Ma'ale Levanah as the Shamash and 8 Settlement
Towns in the Shomron lit up surrounded by Palestinian villages in the FIELDS
of EPHRAIM below (ILLUSTRATION FOUR). These are the same fields which the
Prophet Ovadiah said would be reclaimed by Jacob when the House of Joseph
returned as the flame of the fire that would vanquish the House of Esau. The
same fields which today are Palestinian. Is Hashem telling us something
about who the House of Esau or that branch of Ishmael mingled with Amalek
may be today?

And FROM THE STANDPOINT OF CURRENT EVENTS, the otherwise unexplainable
phenomenon of non-Jews turning to Hashem and Torah by the tens of thousands
as Hashem's own remedy for the Bread of Shame (ILLUSTRATION FIVE) of the
gifts he gave exclusively to Israel of Eretz Yisrael and the Torah. So in
reality we find the Torah is no longer the exclusive possession of Judah but
has become a LIGHT TO THE NATIONS.

But FROM THE STANDPOINT OF CURRENT EVENTS, all of these phenomenon point to
one thing - the turning of the hearts of Joseph and Judah through their
children to one another in order to avoid a curse that could otherwise
descend upon the land - a Palestinian state. If you are interested during
part of the discussion phase, we can look at some of these.

But I know this is a room full of rabbis, and Jewish scholars and if there
is anything I have learned since my Return this past September it is, unless
it is kosher according to halachah, it doesn't mean very much if anything to
the rabbonim.

So, I'm going to use my remaining time to hit only one or two high points to
emphasize the urgency to you rabbis and Jewish scholars present here tonight
who I believe are hand-picked by Hashem to represent the House of Judah to
ACT within the parameters of halachah. And I am going to challenge you. My
Jewish brothers and teachers and friends, please DO or SAY something maybe
even HERE, maybe even TONIGHT to encourage the Assimilation out there that
the Jewish minds Hashem is using to orchestrate this PHENOMENON are
motivated and dedicated to the cause.

It has been made abundantly clear to me that there exists NO HALACHIC
FRAMEWORK for the JOES, as I call them, to Return other than traditional
GUERUT (conversion to Orthodox Judaism). Unfortunately - barring a war with
the Palestinians that might escalate into a regional conflict and result in
a cry to non-Jewish Zionists of any persuasion, this rules out any kind of
MASS ALIYAH of JOES at this juncture. But FROM THE STANDPOINT OF CURRENT
EVENTS, if you wait for a war, and THAT kind of aliyah, the Zionists who
come may represent further amalgamations like the SECULAR Jews of the former
Soviet Union who together with the SECULAR ZIONISTS who framed the state in
the first place, have so diminished the Torah fabric of Israeli society that
it is threadbare and hardly recognizable.

Also, absolutely, positively definitely, with no IFs ANDs or BUTs, I've been
told, the interpretation of existing halachah rules out a JOEISH identity
parallel with a JEWISH identity in the land.

But take a good look at that stick as it passes around the room and remember
Yehezkiel's words, which I don't believe diminish the JOEISH identity any
more than they diminish the JEWISH identity in the equation of the two
becoming ONE in Yehezkiel's hand.

TRUE, halachah forbids "non-Jews -- who desire to comply with halachah --
which is how I characterize those JOES with whom I have any influence or
look to me for advice or direction -- from establishing their own religion.
The last thing such JOES want is any hierarchy or authority other than that
of JERUSALEM and the rabbonim - which I have stated many times, would
otherwise be tantamount to another ROME. So I as a JOE representing a
growing constituency of tens of thousands of JOES am coming to YOU Jewish
leaders and the minds Hashem has raised up for such a perilous time as
this - a time not of JUDAH's trouble alone, but a time of JACOB's trouble. I
am coming to You to ask you, invite you, plead with you to ACT.

For the past seven months, Rav Yisrael Schneider and I have spent hours that
have turned into weeks of hours racking our heads to find some kind of
loophole in the halachah or just some ideas whereby JOES could return and be
allowed to hold on to their JOEISH identity, which in the mind of myself and
other JOES is our BIRTHRIGHT. But the halachah - as it is currently
interpreted - has only two things to say about the Assimilation of the
Northern Kingdom known as the Ten Tribes and neither one of those offers
more than a very esoteric, outlandish or sensational proof of a framework,
which I'm prepared to detail later tonight ... if we're all ready for a good
laugh. Otherwise you can read about it at my website
www.torahvoice.org/basket.htm.

Only in Yevamoth 16b & 17a, is ANYTHING mentioned about the Ten Tribes
vaguely alluding to their existence as part of Israel today. And there, we
are FIRST ruled to be UNFIT and SECOND there is a question that even if we
had returned to Hashem and Torah and were FIT again, do we constitute an
IDENTIFYABLE ROV (majority)? I gather in order to KEEP our identify, we
would have to be so identified as a majority within a select population
sample, since we have no physical observable signs that have been handed
down from generation to generation since our exile in the 8th Century BCE
that can trace us to PHYSICAL ISRAEL.

So barring some breakthrough in genetic science, or in the etymological
research of our origins which the modern halachic sages will accept and
receive as SIGNS, we come to you purely by FAITH that Hashem is directing us
within the inner-workings of our hearts in most cases.

If I may be respectfully critical of the absence of relevant halachah, this
is a very sad indictment. The Prophets, even the Sod (MYSTICAL)
understandings of Torah MANDATE a Return and even a Return in the Context of
Jacob's current troubles and Judah being turned toward Ephraim and Ephraim
toward Judah. As Rabbi David Bar Chaim so colorfully explains it: the
existing halachah or rather interpretation of existing halachah concerning
this conundrum is like "a rudderless ship, circling at sea that cannot have
a new captain, or a new rudder." And, Rav Schneider adds ... you're not even
allowed to read a repair manual on how to fix the problem!!"

Yet, there has to be a way, because Hashem has ordained it. TRUE, we JOES,
cannot invent something. But you JEWS, if you REALLY love us and want us
here CAN mold it for us. We can be putty in your hands in that regard.

One of the brilliant minds here tonight is Rabbi Bar-Chaim, who I have known
for the past 10 years, who once opened up his shul and yeshiva for Rav
Schneider and I and himself to undertake a most unusual study for that
setting (the Torah roots of the Aramaic Peshitta New Testament). Aside from
a personal friend, he is a brilliant halachic mind and the most
excruciatingly meticulous and nitpicky exegete I've ever met.

Rabbi Bar-Chaim, influenced by Rav Dan B'ari, who wasn't able to make it
tonight, recently told me about a perek in the Rambam, Melachim 10:9, which
IMPLIES that non-Jews -- even JOES if you will allow it -- can accept upon
themselves - M'kabel -- any of the mitzvoth so long as the mitzvoth they
choose to observe is observed according to halachah.

Rabbi Ya'acov Ariel in Ramat Gan has recently promoted some of the same
ideas. In his responsa entitled, "In the Tent of Torah," these
non-obligatory mitzvoth, whether an extension of a Noahite faith, a Guer
Toshav or we would submit, perhaps a Joeish branch of Torah faith, allow for
some flexibility.

Rabbi Nechamiah Goldberg at the Sadigura Yeshiva, where Rav Schneider and I
have been conducting a lot of our research and study, also recently told Rav
Schneider that non-Jews should not be prevented from keeping the mitzvot
according to the Torah.

To my perhaps over-simplified view of all this, it seems that some Beit Din
of rabbis or Torah scholars have the LEEWAY ... HERE IN JERUSALEM ... to
establish a framework allowing we JOES to observe ALL of the Torah with
halachah ... or if you think there are parts of halachah that we should not
observe, so be it! Maybe these distinctions you would agree upon, would help
to clarify our identity as JOES if this is a concern. Just whatever you
decide upon, allow us to slap a JOE label on it.

The point is GET SOMETHING GOING that offers the hope of an ALIYAH for the
Assimilation who is returning to Hashem and Torah and IN THE CONTEXT OF
CURRENT EVENTS, desires to return to Eretz Yisrael.

I will let Rabbi Bar-Chaim and Rav Schneider and others explain in more
detail when my 15 minutes are up, but I want to close with one further
thought and challenge to the Brit-Am organization and the rabbis present.

The Return to Hashem and Torah by the House of Joseph in Exile is proving to
be, FROM THE STANDPOINT OF CURRENT EVENTS -- a GLOBAL phenomenon,
historically traced NOT only to British colonization but also to European
colonization, from my perspective. I believe it represents the MELO-HAGOYIM,
the fullness of the Gentiles, exclusively assigned to EPHRAIM in Ya'acov's
right-hand blessing of Joseph's youngest son. A Pharisee of Pharisees in
the First Century said this MELO HA-GOYIM would be the MYSTERY - THE SOD, if
you will, to signal the "return or rescue of ALL of Israel."

I believe EPHRAIM's role as the MELO HA-GOYIM is the culmination of the
PATRIARCHAL blessing of the BIRTHRIGHT from Avraham, to Yitzhak, to Ya'acov,
which bypassed Yosef and was revived in Ephraim. This view of the BIRTHRIGHT
does not threaten the authoritative role or mission or purpose of the Jewish
people as the tribe of the scepter. Nor does it threaten or diminish their
halachah, under which the Joes I know and have some influence with --
again -- are chomping at the bit to submit themselves.

We are motivated by nothing more than a LOVE OF TORAH that Hashem has
written on our hearts. It may be impossible to express this love in words,
but I want to try. To me, the halachah, which JOES across the globe are
trying to embrace, is the means to express my love for Torah with as many
detailed love notes, bouquets of flowers, boxes of candy, gifts, hugs and
kisses, smiles, laughs and cries as may be humanly or spiritually possible.
No, my Jewish brothers, teachers and friends, WE WELCOME your halachah for
without it, how can we express these feelings?

Rather the BIRTHRIGHT which is our exclusive right, to my understanding of
the Torah, is simply the culmination of the part of the promise to Abraham
regarding the size -- the physical NUMBER -- of his family - so that it is
more NUMEROUS than the stars in the sky and the sand on the seashore that
cannot be counted or numbered - and that includes the sands and shores of
EVERY NATION. Ephraim cuts across all races, ethnicities, languages and
cultures, if the response I have elicited is representative.

I believe there are many proofs of this association with the BIRTHRIGHT in
the Torah but the most convincing evidence to me, is the very words with
which Hashem sent my distant ancestors of the Northern Kingdom packing,
which surely rang in their ears on the journey into Assyrian exile.

The marriage of Hosea and Gomer, which was Hashem's indictment ONLY of the
Northern Kingdom. The children of that marriage:

Yizra'el, (God Will Scatter or Sow) represents our fate as the SEED of
ABRAHAM that Hashem chose to scatter into the nations, not the HOME-GROWN
seed of Judah.

Lo-Ruhamah and Lo-Ami, represent the fate of the Northern Kingdom in exile,
CUT OFF from Hashem, assimilated into the nations, with no hope of ever
finding Him without some kind of renewal of covenant, again unlike the sure
identity and CONSTANT covenant the House of Judah has enjoyed without
interruption, even in their exile so long as they heed the Torah and do not
intermarry or otherwise assimilate.

But hear what the prophet Hosea said of the descendants of this same
Northern Kingdom when these judgments would run their course:

Yet the NUMBER of the children of Israel -- the NUMBER of the children of
Israel -- shall be as the SAND OF THE SEA, which cannot be measured nor
numbered. The SAND OF THE SEA - the same phrase Hashem used in initiating
His promise to Avraham!

HERE, my Jewish brothers, teachers and friends is the fulfillment of the
BIRTHRIGHT and it does not pertain to you at all, but you have a
responsibility and I hope and pray you will view it as a privilege to set up
the framework to accommodate the last part of that promise:

"And it shall come to pass that in the PLACE where it was said unto them, Ye
are not my people, there it shall be said unto them, Ye are the sons of the
living God. Then shall the CHILDREN OF JUDAH and the CHILDREN OF ISRAEL be
gathered together, and appoint themselves one head, and they shall come up
out of the land; for great shall be the day of Yizra'el.

That PLACE is Eretz Yisrael. And our God is Hashem and No other and that
gathering together into ONE STICK is the desire of Hashem's heart.

As a son of Joseph who is no longer in Exile, who HAS returned, and who is
looking for his place in the land, let me greet you Jewish brothers,
teachers and friends, rabbis and scholars.

Allow me to greet you ALL the way I believe the Bible says I should, in
Jeremiah 31:23:

"As yet they (Ephraim) shall use this speech in the land of Judah and in the
cities thereof, when I bring again their captivity:

"HASHEM BLESS THEE, O HABITATION OF JUSTICE AND MOUNTAIN OF HOLINESS."

I don't want to put words into anyone's mouth but your response is in
Yeshayahu 26:1-2: "In that day shall this song be sung in the land of
Judah: We have a strong city, salvation will G-d appoint for walls and
bulwarks. "Open ye the gates that the GOI TZADDIK SHOMER EMUNIM may enter
in."

The Malbim, as Rabbi Richman is prepared to address, identified this GOI
TZADDIK SHOMER EMUNIM - this righteous nation who keeps the faith -- as
EPHRAIM, who would turn from his idolatry which had traditionally banned him
from entering into the gates of the city, and would turn to Hashem and
Torah.

Joes - by the tens of thousands -- are waiting outside the gate.

Thank You

Shalom Shalom & Hashem's love & blessings,
ben Yosef

Subject: Excerpts from the Brit-Am meeting Tuesday night

Shalom,

I promised you an account of the meeting Tuesday night, tonight. Well,
I'm joining my notes with Yair Davidy and it is taking us some time to
coordinate everything. It was a four-hour meeting and a lot of things
were discussed and we are trying to pick out the most important things
and be as sure as possible of the accuracy of the statements.

But to whet your appetite tonight, here are some excerpts. I will try
to finalize a report and put it all together tomorrow night, with
Hashem's help.

FROM RABBI CHAIM RICHMAN OF THE JERUSALEM TEMPLE INSTITUTE AND FOUNDER
OF THE LIGHT TO THE NATIONS ORGANIZATION:

Rabbi Chaim Richman of the Jerusalem Temple Institute and founder of
the Light To The Nations organization, pointed out that several
aspects of the ideology behind the Return of these non-Jews originated
in his living room in 1991-93, when he and ben Yosef learned together.
He said he also has had widespread exposure to the movement including
scores of people he has addressed in his outreach toward the nations.

In one instance, at one church group in the States where Richman was
invited to speak, he related: "there was this little old lady who came
up to me and raised her boney finger at me and said 'I'm Ephraim!'
There is definitely a mystical dimension to all of this, and my heart
is really with ben Yosef, but I have to raise some core issues that
need to be addressed."

"On the one hand, I embrace, acknowledge and recognize as Divine, the
process by which many non-Jews such as yourself and your constituency
feel led out of paganity and into the embrace of the Shechina, seeking
a covenant based on Torah and feeling some sort of Jewish identity. On
the other hand, and without delegitimizing this phenomena, I also urge
caution, diligence, restraint, scholarship and obedience, in seeking
upright and Torah-true halachic guidance and acceptance for all these
seekers....lest, in your words, another Rome is created, that may be
used to undermine the legitmate legacy, identity and/or inheritance of
the Jewish people, through one means or another."

"Emotional, mystical spiritually-based phenomena or identification do
not hold water in the very real world of Torah and halachic process,
as the sages so aptly put it: "the Holy One, blessed be He, has
nothing in His world other than the 4 cubits of halacha." And this:
"Even if the walls of the study hall slant, as proof from Heaven of a
minority opinion, that proof is not binding...for the Torah is not in
Heaven, but here on earth, in the hands of the sages of Israel," Rabbi
Richman said.

Specifically, Rabbi Richman said the issue of maintaining a Josephite
identity (which ben Yosef maintained in his speech was indicated in
the prophecy of the two sticks of Ezekiel and essential to the
birthright of Ephraim), needs halachic clarification.

"But these are things the Jewish people haven't confronted in 3,000
years until this day -- and that alone is evidence that G-d in our day
is doing something," he said.

FROM THE BRESLEV RAV YISRAEL SCHNEIDER, AUTHOR OF "HEART WISDOM," AND
CO-FOUNDER OF HA-KESHERAN, TO DO A TIKKUN FOR THE RETURN OF THE HOUSE
OF JOSEPH LINKING SOULS OF JOES MORE DIRECTLY WITH THE LAND OF ISRAEL
see www.torahvoice.org/tikkun.htm

Then the Breslev Rav Yisrael Schneider suggested a four-prong strategy
to begin accommodating the desires of Joes to return and reunite with
Judah:

1. A beit din of a minimum of three Orthodox rabbis or Orthodox Torah
scholars who could oversee and confer the minimum status of "guer
toshvim" (literally strangers who return) He explained that while some
halachah indicates that a guer toshav must await the declaration of a
Yovel (Jubilee year) before living in Eretz Yisrael ... the Yovel
itself hinges on the return of a majority of the Ten Tribes and this
seems like a "Catch 22." But he added, the Ra'av ruled that a guer
toshav did not have to wait for the Yovel. Therefore Rav Schneider
concluded that nothing forbids the Joes from beginning their process
of return as guer toshvim.

2. Establish a Kollel among halachic authorities and Jewish
researchers to THOROUGHLY research the dimensions of this "conundrum"
and "phenonenon" as he called it. He added that until ben Yosef
arrived and began knocking at my door and the rabbis doors, so to
speak, we had no reason to ACT but now we have to do something. But
since the halachah is so restrictive, we are not sure what can be done
or what should be done. He said that there is also the concern that
most of these Joes are coming out of Christianity and other beliefs,
but mostly Christianity and while it hasn't been addressed, it needs
to be.

3. Tangent to the Kollel, establish a Library of the different
responsa from rabbinic writings and scholars.

4. Organize and begin a school by which the education process for guer
toshvim can get underway. With a certificate or diploma of a guer
toshvim, these Joes, if the rabbonim later decides they can be called
that, could go on from there or convert to full Judaism.

RABBI MOSHE CORNFELD OF THE DIASPORA YESHIVA ON MOUNT ZION:

Rabbi Moshe Cornfeld who teaches at the Diaspora Yeshiva on Mount Zion
said the yeshiva there already offers a program for guer toshvim
including a certificate or diploma upon completion. Rabbi Cornfeld,
who is himself pursuing advanced studies in pleading before a Beit
Din, said the yeshiva also works with converts. It was agreed that
Rav Schneider and ben Yosef will meet next week with Rabbi Cornfeld to
find out more about the program at the Diaspora Yeshiva run by Rabbi
Mordecai Goldstein, the rosh yeshiva. They will also determine if
other such programs already exist and how willing they would be to
receive JOES.

RABBI DAVID BAR-CHAIM, ROSH YESHIVA AT YESHIVAT BEN Y'SHAI:

Rabbi David Bar Chaim said that if a Beit Din is established to deal
with the Joes -- assuming they exist -- that it could fit into ongoing
plans to re-establish a Sanhedrin Court, since the halachah cannot be
changed or amended otherwise and it appears that the "conundrum" lacks
specific halachic instruction.

He said the Jewish leadership must first organize itself and it is in
the interest of both parties -- Jews and these Joes (again assuming
they exist), to work together to do what is necessary. He added that
doing what is "necessary" is never impossible.

ATTORNEY JACK GOLBERT

"The concept of Joes returning is both "phenomenal" and
"electrifying." He said it points to the axiom that "all paths of
truth eventually merge." He encouraged the group to especially look
into the writings of Habib Levy, a former client of his, who proposed
the Return of the Ten Tribes many years ago and whose research
included some pertinent points that possibly relate to halachah.

"Only a few of us have had the privilege to see it so far but in the
dusty corners of our hearts we all know it is true. The House of
Joseph must return and there is power and truth in this phenomenon. It
can be a light and there is power in it," Golbert said.

As far as the authority to bring the return of "Joey" as he called
Judah's little brother, "the authority comes out of the delivery of
truth, which we have heard tonight. It evolves and if we will keep
walking in the truth, the structure to bring it about will grow around
it."

"When we came out of Egypt, we ascended from the 49th level of
impurity," Golbert said, alluding to the counting of the Omer during
the 49 days between the second day of Passover and Shavuot, when the
Torah was received. "But we are told in the Tanach that the day will
come when the Ten Tribes return that we are not even going to remember
the coming out of Egypt. The House of Joseph is ascending from the
50th level of impurity and all of the idolatry of the Church," he said
calling this "phenomenon" one of the reasons the second exodus would
be greater.

"It is incumbent upon us to first, each do what we can to welcome Joey
home," he said, adding he is prepared to somehow mediate the ruling of
the rabbinical authorities with the secular state to help make this
happen.

MORE TO COME

Shalom Shalom & Hashem's love & blessings,
ben Yosef

NOTE FROM EDDIE:

Messianic Judaism teaches that both houses of Israel have ALREADY
been joined together and that ALL twelve tribes today are the Jewish
people. Messianic Judaism says that this event happened in the days
of the Kings of Israel.

However, notice that in these discussions with Orthodox Rabbis in
Jerusalem about the subject that the THOUGHT that the Ten Tribes have
already been reunited historically with the Jews (house of Judah) is
NOT even a CONSIDERATION. The ISSUE among the Orthodox Rabbis is
WHEN and HOW the Ten Lost Tribes (house of Joseph / Ephraim) will be
reunited with the Jewish people (house of Judah) at a FUTURE time
(dawn of the Messianic Era).

As a reminder, Orthodox Jews pray THREE times a day for this FUTURE
restoration and reunification with the Ten Lost Tribes and it is one
of the 13 principles of Jewish faith that this event WILL happen at a
FUTURE time.

May God continue to bless you in these studies.
